As the Executive Director of the Montana Association of Symphony Orchestras, it’s an honor to serve on the Montana Youth Symphony Board of Directors to support the next generation of orchestral musicians in Montana.
Kassidy Conlon is a Billings-based nonprofit executive, cellist, and educator who earned her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Music Education from Montana State University. She teaches private cello lessons, is a member of the Billings Symphony, performs with other symphonies across Montana, and plays cello for wedding ceremonies and special events. She recently started the Aurora String Quartet - an all-women string quartet playing a mix of classical and pop music in the Billings area.
As the Executive Director of the Montana Association of Symphony Orchestras, Kassidy supports the seven Montana Symphonies, Montana Youth Symphony, and chamber music organizations. Additionally, she serves on the Red Lodge Music Festival and Arts Without Boundaries Boards of Directors. When she’s not advocating for the arts, teaching, or performing, Kassidy loves reading, tending to her many plants, golfing, and exploring the Beartooth Mountains with her husband, son, and trusty pup.
